These terms are between Hodolist ("we") and the business that installs this app ("you"). Installing the app means accepting them.
A service that reads subscriptions in your Stripe account, sends renewal reminders by email to your customers, hosts a cancellation page for them, and keeps a dated record of all of it that you can export.
We do not provide legal advice, and nothing the app produces is a statement that you comply with any law. Whether your contracts, your notices and your cancellation process meet the DMCC Act or any other regime is a question for you and your advisers. The app records what was done; it does not certify that what was done was enough.
Prices are on the pricing page and are charged monthly in advance through Stripe Checkout. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-months. If a payment fails, the account returns to the free plan — nothing already recorded is deleted. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing a price for an existing subscriber.
We do not offer a service level guarantee. Reminders are dispatched by a scheduler that runs continuously, but email delivery depends on your provider and on the recipient's mail server, neither of which we control. Where a notice could not be sent or could not be given the full notice period, the app records that rather than concealing it.
Covered by the privacy page. In short: you are the controller, we are the processor, the audit log is append-only and cannot be edited even by us, and you can ask us to delete everything.
Uninstalling the app stops new notices and cancels pending ones. It does not erase the record of what already happened, because that record is the thing you installed the app to have. We may suspend an account that is using the service to send marketing, to email people who are not its own customers, or in a way that puts our sending reputation at risk.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for fines, penalties or losses arising from your own compliance decisions.
