The only thing the plan changes is how many subscriptions are monitored. Reminders, the cancellation page and the evidence export are identical on every plan, and there is no per-email fee, no per-subscription fee and no setup fee. We will not meter the evidence: a record that stops partway through is worse than no record, because it still looks complete.
The paid tiers are banded because serving a monitored subscription costs real money for as long as it lives — a single price for unlimited volume would mean the largest merchants subsidised by everyone else. If you are above the top band, get in touch and we will quote you rather than leave you guessing.
Your 25 longest-standing subscriptions are the ones monitored. Coverage does not move: a subscription being monitored stays monitored, and a new one does not displace it. Subscriptions beyond the limit are recorded, no reminders are scheduled for them, and your export says exactly that.
Upgrading starts scheduling reminders for the subscriptions that were over your previous limit from that moment. It cannot recreate a notice period that has already passed, and the export keeps showing those gaps. If a payment stops, the account returns to Free — nothing already recorded is deleted.
Start the upgrade from the app's settings page in your Stripe Dashboard. Payment is taken through Stripe Checkout; we never see your card details.
